From Stressed to Steady
A Support Group for Overwhelmed Adults
An 8-week stress and burnout support group in Sonoma for adults who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stretched too thin.
About the Group
Many adults today feel stretched thin — juggling work, family responsibilities, relationships, and the pressures of everyday life. When stress becomes chronic, it can leave you feeling exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or burned out.
From Stressed to Stead is a compassionate 8-week program designed to help adults manage stress, prevent burnout, and cultivate resilience. Through psycho-education, practical tools, and group support, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their nervous system, learn mindfulness techniques, and develop personalized self-care plans. This journey aims to improve overall well-being, reduce feelings of overwhelm, and empower individuals to incorporate lasting strategies into daily life.
Join us to reconnect, recharge, and find steadiness amid life's challenges.
