Sarah has been a Licensed Therapist for over 8 years.  She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from DePauw University, and her Master's Degree from Pacifica Graduate Institute Counseling Psychology.  Sarah has experience in a school setting providing counseling to elementary students, teens, adults and families.

Sarah understands how life is full of challenges that can often leave you powerless, overwhelmed, and stuck. Living during a pandemic has greatly caused increased anxiety, and stress is at an all time high. If you or your family members are suffering, struggling to connect, experiencing trouble in finding stability or progress in your life, Sarah is here to support your growth and self-esteem through these challenging times.  Sarah has worked with numerous individuals, couples and families struggling with anxiety, stress, difficult transitions, trauma or loss, friendship challenges, career changes, eating disorders, relational stress and those going through a separation or divorce.

Sarah believes in encouraging, inspiring, and supporting you through Person-Centered, Narrative, CBT, Behavioral and Collaborative therapy so that you can become the best version of yourself. Sarah will strive to empower you to find a balance of health, happiness, and peace.  Sarah knows life can be hard, but she believes in your capacity to do hard things.
