Lisa is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute. She is a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) and a graduate of a three-year post-graduate somatic therapy program. Her clinical background spans trauma-focused work in diverse settings — including substance use treatment facilities, inpatient and outpatient programs, and private practice.
Rooted in a relational and psychodynamic approach, Lisa blends depth-oriented insight with a directive, grounded, and authentic style. She believes that healing happens in connection — through honesty, curiosity, and often a bit of humor. Her work integrates parts work (IFS and Janina Fisher), Gestalt techniques, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Somatic Experiencing to help clients reconnect with their inner resources and the wisdom of the body.
As a Certified Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist, Lisa also supports clients exploring psychedelic-assisted modalities for trauma, depression, and anxiety, helping them integrate these experiences into meaningful, lasting change.
Before becoming a therapist, Lisaspe nt over 20 years in the wellness industry, cultivating mind-body practices that continue to inform her clinical work.
