Kelsey earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Kelsey has spent the last several years working in community mental health settings with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. In her most recent role, she worked with the unhoused and housing insecure population in Sonoma County.
Kelsey gained her background in leadership within residential treatment for adults, building a strong focus on client centered practices and advocacy. She has worked with people from all walks of life, from those struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance use, life transitions, grief, and legal struggles, to abuse and trauma. Kelsey has a passion for working with youth and young adults with a history of involvement in the child welfare system.
Kelsey places a strong emphasis on Person-Centered and Strength’s-Based practices, while incorporating Solution-Focused interventions into her work. She is driven to work with each of her clients by meeting them where they are at, and joining them on their unique journey to bettering their mental health. Kelsey enjoys working with kids, teens, adults and families.
