Elizabeth offers a grounded, open, and compassionate presence, creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are, feeling safe, supported, and truly understood. Her work is rooted in the belief that our earliest relationships shape how we feel, connect, and experience the world. Working from an integrative framework, she draws on attachment theory, psychodynamic principles, somatic awareness, and a humanistic, client-centered approach to help you explore both the conscious and unconscious patterns that influence your relationships, emotions, and sense of self. She meets you where you are, tailoring her approach to your unique needs, goals, and pace to support meaningful, lasting change, including through the therapeutic relationship itself.

Therapy with Elizabeth is a collaborative process: a place to reflect, make meaning, and foster deeper self-awareness and self-compassion. People come to her carrying many different things: trauma, anxiety, grief, chronic pain or illness, the complexities of navigating neurodivergence, life transitions, phobias, parenting challenges, relational and developmental work with children and teens, and questions about identity and meaning. She brings a fresh, curious, and respectful approach to this work and is committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for individuals of all backgrounds and identities.

Elizabeth holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University of California, is trained as a California State Certified Sexual Assault Counselor, and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. She is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. Before her clinical work in community mental health, Elizabeth spent years as a mentor and arts educator, building rapport with children and families, an experience that continues to shape the warmth and creativity she brings to the therapeutic relationship.
