Diana is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and a graduate of the University of San Francisco, where she earned her Master’s degree in Counseling. With a background in women’s leadership, conflict resolution, and advocacy, she brings a multifaceted perspective to her clinical work.

As a first-generation Latina whose family fled Cuba seeking freedom from oppression, Diana is deeply committed to serving historically marginalized and underserved communities. Her personal and professional experiences have shaped her passion for addressing immigration-related trauma, supporting first-generation individuals, and helping women and girls navigate identity, purpose, and voice.

Diana utilizes evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Attachment-Based Therapy. She helps clients gain clarity and relief, empowering them to make meaningful changes that align with their values. Diana believes that change begins the moment we start searching for answers—and that breaking away from what no longer serves us is not only possible, but powerful.
